CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of appointment 48 hours before service will have no charge. Cancellation of appointment 24 hours before service will be charged 50% of the booked service cost. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked service cost. No shows are completely unacceptable and will be charge 100% of the booked service cost, and also will require a 50% deposit to rebook any services.
